In store purchase on the Oxford Street branch during December. Greah store layout, friendly staff and considering it was Christmas there was barely any queue time. Bonus: my lingerie fit perfectly (I’m quite a busty gal) and my boyf went nuts for it. I’d highly recommend Harmony based on the quality of their products alone.

The products are what I expected, delivery time was rather quick.
The only downside is for such a small order I didn't need to recevie a box. I believe a bubble envelope would suffice. Nonetheless, happy with the shopping at this store.

Poor quality items, items arrived without all the advertised extras / spares, however if you have removed them from the packaging you can’t return them !, so you have no idea there are bits missing until you open the product !! First and last time with this company

Best online purchase! I placed the order Saturday afternoon and early Sunday morning it was on my doorstep at the other end of the country. Often, I resort to using Amazon because they are the most reliable for delivery speed & efficiency and yet, I’d much rather go to an independent business who pays their taxes properly.
